These terms summarize the request-to-book rules displayed on Jace's Wheels. A rental is not confirmed until the renter is approved and required identity, license, payment, agreement, insurance and vehicle-readiness requirements are completed.
Rates, included mileage, deposits and extra-mileage charges are shown on the vehicle listing and booking summary. Deposits are refundable subject to the final rental agreement and any authorized post-rental charges.
Only disclosed and approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Travel plans outside Ohio must be disclosed. Canada or Mexico requires written approval.
Pickup is by appointment in the Cleveland area. The final rental agreement controls pickup, return, fuel, cleaning, late return, damage, tolls, tickets, breakdowns and incident handling.
