Standard mileage allowances are 100 miles daily, 600 miles weekly, and 1,500 miles monthly, with $0.35 per mile over the included allowance unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
No smoking or vaping. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Fuel, late-return, cleaning, toll, ticket, towing, damage, GPS/telematics, cancellation, and travel rules are stated in the rental agreement presented before release.
By choosing to continue to an electronic rental agreement, the renter consents to receive the agreement and related records electronically and to use an electronic signature. The renter may review the agreement before signing. The parties intend an electronic signature to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. A completed signature record and audit trail may be retained with the rental record.
