Jace's Wheels collects information needed to process rental requests, verify renters, administer payments and agreements, support rentals, protect vehicles, and comply with legal or insurance requirements.
Identity documents and payment information should be handled through approved third-party verification and payment providers rather than stored unnecessarily by Jace's Wheels. Vehicle GPS/telematics may be used for safety, recovery, fraud prevention, maintenance, and rental administration as disclosed in the rental agreement.
Information is not intended to be sold to advertisers. Access should be limited to legitimate rental-business purposes and service providers needed to operate the rental.
